Programmes
Prevention, education, and treatment.
Free health camps, charitable eye and knee surgeries, and continuing medical education for doctors — run by an NGO that works where the need is, not where it is convenient.
Initiative 01
Patient Awareness Programmes
We organise various Patient awareness programmes which are designed to educate individuals about specific diseases, preventive measures, treatment options, and healthy lifestyle practices. These programmes empower patients with accurate information, helping them make informed decisions about their health and encouraging early diagnosis and timely medical care.
Sessions cover diabetes, heart conditions, cataracts, neurological disorders, spine and bone disorders — with an emphasis on preventive measures and early intervention.

Initiative 02
Continuing Medical Education
We conduct structured educational activities that help healthcare professionals maintain, develop, and enhance their medical knowledge and clinical skills. It ensures that doctors and other practitioners stay updated with the latest advancements, guidelines, and technologies in healthcare. CME ultimately improves patient care quality, safety and overall health outcomes.
The foundation organizes regular workshops and training sessions for doctors and medical professionals to keep them updated about the latest advancements in treatments and medical procedures.

Initiative 03
Screenings & Treatments
We arrange Screening camps which are aimed at early detection and treatment of illnesses, especially among housing societies and underserved populations. We also aim to provide subsidised treatments and/or surgeries when necessary, improving access to essential healthcare services and enhancing community well-being.
Free or subsidized laser eye surgeries and eye camps are organized for those who cannot afford medical attention. The foundation also collaborates with hospitals to offer knee replacement surgeries to underprivileged patients, enabling them to walk again and enjoy their lives to the fullest.

Initiative 04
Collaboration with NGOs & Hospitals
Synergy Health Foundation works with other NGOs, hospitals, and clinics to provide affordable or free healthcare services, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
Awareness programs are also organized to educate people about lifestyle-related health conditions such as diabetes and metabolic disorders, focusing on preventive measures and healthy living.

Why this work
The numbers behind the camps
We did not pick diabetes, eye disease and joint disorders at random. They are where the burden sits, and where an early check changes the ending.

Measured in lives, not line items
The journey of Synergy Health Foundation started with a humble aim – to ensure that healthcare is accessible to all. Over the years, this mission has impacted the lives of many people. Right from health camps to medical education and treatment initiatives, every effort makes a ripple effect of change.
